Select product can be found in our full price stores while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available in stores. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Those ordered products for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong SAR may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the said customs duties, taxes and fees. Clot Company Limited has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. You may view an estimate of these fees in the Order Details of your Shopping Cart and during Checkout.
Regarding the delivery, you authorize Clot Company Limited to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit on your behalf the taxes, customs duties and fees paid by you for such item.
